Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Dearreduce Concrete wants dearreduce.lat to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we think about accessibility. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to build a site that as many people as possible can use. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we try to:
- Arrange pages with clear headings in a logical order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Make the site work with a keyboard alone
- Design pages that fit phones, tablets and desktops
- Use plain, everyday language
- Give every form field a clear label
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from third parties, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard for you to use, other options exist. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@dearreduce.lat and we will do what we can to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible this site is. Email contact@dearreduce.lat and include:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected to happen
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never truly finished. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
