How Our Network Works for You

Talk to a local provider

Who You Talk To

When you reach out through Dearreduce Concrete, you end up talking with an independent local provider. That person runs their own business and does the concrete work or manages the crew that does.

Dearreduce Concrete is the connector. We do not do the work, and we do not take part in your project once you are introduced.

What Happens on the First Conversation

Say your phone rings and it is a provider you have not met. Expect a few simple questions. What are you building? How big is the space? Is the ground flat or sloped? Is there an old slab to remove?

Then the provider may offer to visit, measure and send a written quote. Photos can help, but a visit is better for most concrete flatwork.

Want to talk it through first? Request a callback to check provider availability.

What to Ask an Independent Provider

Use the plain-answer test. A good provider answers in simple words, without dodging. Try these:

  • What base and thickness do you plan for my yard?
  • How will you handle drainage and slope?
  • Will you use rebar or mesh, and where do joints go?
  • Can I see your license and proof of insurance?
  • When would the work start, and how long will it take?
  • What does the written quote include and leave out?

Watch for red flags. Pressure to decide today is one. A large cash-only deposit is another. A vague quote with no scope is a third.

You Are in Control

You choose whether to hire anyone. You can compare more than one quote. You can ask for time. A good provider expects it.

There are also parts you can help with, such as clearing the area, moving planters and marking sprinkler lines. Excavation, forming, pouring and finishing need professional tools and skill.
