How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who reaches out to Dearreduce Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • How your call or message to Dearreduce Concrete was handled
  • How your personal information was treated
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Dearreduce Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

Send an email to contact@dearreduce.lat with the following:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will email to confirm we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not settle the matter, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help when a provider is licensed.
